Experience What Nature Gave Us
Kirkwood National offers golfers of every level of playing ability a challenging experience with their choice of six tee boxes. This championship 18 hole, par 72 course can play as short as 4,898 yards from the ladies red tees or up to 7,129 yards from the championship black tees.
The course features lush Bermuda Grass fairways with Champion Bermuda greens, which allow a consistent roll across the subtle undulations of the putting surfaces. The fairways naturally wind through the woodlands, giving a feeling of seclusion, providing players a relaxing and unhurried golfing experience. From tee to green, players appreciate our affordable rates as they enjoy the challenge and excitement of navigating the seven lakes, 45 sand traps, creeks and dramatic elevation changes throughout the course.
Since opening in 1995, Kirkwood National has consistently received high rankings from Golf Digest.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful stay we had in the cottage last weekend. Our friends from LSU loved it and wished they had brought their golf clubs… The weather was perfect, the Grove was amazing like always… Thank you again for all your help. We are looking forward to coming back!

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our recent trip to Kirkwood and even though the weather might not have been as good as we would have liked it we found the hospitality and the golf as good as ever. You can pass along to your course Superintendent that the course was in as good a shape as I’ve seen it and under those conditions that’s a testimony to his hard work. The weather wasn’t great but the golf and accommodations were superb as usual. We brought a couple of guys along who hadn’t been with us before and they just couldn’t get over what a great deal this was and they really like the course at Kirkwood the best.
Thanks again for making this the best trip we made this year and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

I wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for all of your help in planning our golf trip. The guys had a great time. We have plans to do this again next year. I will get in touch when the time gets closer. Thanks again!
My two cents … Most of you know that I began hosting Crops in the Cottage long before I tackled hosting the Crops in Banquet Room a.k.a. The Crop Zone. I’ve worked with Kirkwood for as long as I’ve been going there and have never been disappointed, except when I haven’t seen any deer. Kirkwood is far enough away from home without being too far as I’ve had croppers drive back to the Memphis area for soccer games, bible studies and even Orpheum events. There’s several restaurants in Holly Springs for eating out if you’re not interested in cooking and there’s always Walmart, The Cottages are awesome and the Banquet Facility is perfect for those big events. It’s definitely the ‘Cadillac’ of facilities and trumps anything I’ve seen in our area. You can’t go wrong with hosting any event at Kirkwood!
