From Memphis take Highway 78 East  (Lamar Avenue) to Exit 30 marked Holly Springs/ Oxford. Turn right onto Highway 7 South and travel approximately 1.5 miles. Turn right at Highway 4 West and travel another 1.5 miles. The entrance to Kirkwood National is on the left.

From Collierville take Byhalia Road to Highway 78.  Turn left onto Highway 78 East and travel approximately 15 miles to Exit 30 (Holly Springs/ Oxford). Turn right onto Highway 7 South and go approximately 1.5 miles.  Turn right at Highway 4 toward Senatobia and travel approximately 1.5 miles to the Kirkwood entrance on the left.

From Tunica take Highway 61 North to the Goodman Road/ Highway 302 East exit. Travel through Horn Lake and Southaven to Highway 78 East. Continue down Highway 78 to Exit 30 (Holly Springs/ Oxford). Turn right onto Highway 7 South and go approximately 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Highway 4 West and travel another 1.5 miles to the Kirkwood National entrance on the left.

From Corinth take Highway 72 West to Highway 7 South. Follow Highway 7 through Holly Springs. Turn right on Highway 4 West and go approximately 1.5 miles to the Kirkwood entrance on the left.

From Jackson take Highway I-55 North to Senatobia (Highway 4 East). Turn right and travel approximately 25 minutes to the Kirkwood National entrance on the right.

From Oxford travel north on Highway 7 for approximately 25 miles. Turn on left onto Highway 4 West toward Senatobia. Travel about 1.5 miles to the brick entrance to Kirkwood National on the left.

From Tupelo take Highway 78 West to Exit 30 marked Holly Springs/ Oxford. Turn left on Highway 7 South and go approximately 1.5 miles. Turn onto Highway 4 West toward Senatobia for another 1.5 miles to the Kirkwood National entrance on the left.

From Jackson, TN take Highway 18 South, which turns into Highway 7 at the Mississippi state line. Follow 7 through the town of Holly Springs. Approximately 1.5 miles south of Holly Springs, take Highway 4 West (toward Senatobia). Go approximately 1.5 miles and turn left into the gate at Kirkwood National.
